Job Title Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Salary: Grade E Points 6-7 Actual Salary £20482 – £20808 (pay award pending)

Hours: Full or part time can be considered

Contract Status: 1 x One year fixed in the first instance

The successful candidate will support high-quality teaching and learning, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The successful candidate must:

have a relevant Level 3 early years qualification
demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
be warm, patient and have a positive approach to developing relationships with pupils
have experience of working flexibly and successfully within a range of teams
be fully committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

Please note that it is the policy of the school for lunchtimes to be supervised by teaching assistants on a staggered lunch basis and the successful candidate will be expected to take an active lunch time role.
