Pupils, who have been identified as young carers, can discuss any issues they may have at home or at school with the EWP or the Care Team. We work with The Junction Foundation on a pilot scheme to provide each young carer with their own Young Carer Passport. Completed with the EWP, the document is an opportunity to discuss any adjustments that may be needed at school to support them. They are welcome to attend a weekly young carers’ friendship group in The SHACK.
